Thanks guys for all the good comments. the news so far:

I have a viral infection on the membrane of my chest. I did some research online and it appears to be Costochondritis. I'm actually having a more difficult time breathing than anything. My doctor said my lungs are clear, but to pop loads of Advil for the next two weeks, so I'm going to do that. I'm seeing my other doctor tomorrow after work (yes, I still need to work...wtf. I hope I'll feel better in the morning) and maybe he can give me a prescription to clear this up faster. I feel like someone's sitting on my lungs. I can't even laugh. 

please...please PLEASE say a prayer for me. I get so freaked out everytime I get sick and my mother's always like, "yeah, whatever" which makes me feel even worse ;___;

I'm in physical pain. I feel like rolling over and dying on the spot. My lower back hurts like a bitch no matter what position I'm in. I'm sick in the stomach and my wrists are about to fall off. What's wrong with me? =(

I'm sick. I don't even know how it happened. Ow...
