I ate so much more than usual today and felt FINE which is really amazing. I had soup and banana for breakfast, smoked salmon fillet sandwich and cream potato & leek soup and green tea for lunch, a stuffed shredded-carrots-cucumber-tomato-lettuce-b
ell pepper-cream-cheese-on-brown-bread sandwich for snack after class, arby's curly fries after physio, and then a couple dumplings when I got home! WOW! I AM AMAZED but I don't feel too awesome now. I think I'm catching a cold. please be careful, guys.
